Shipping Policy

Delivery Information

We aim to process and ship most orders within 1-3 business days after your order is successfully placed. During high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding and will always work to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Please Note: Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time: 7-20 business days.

Order Status

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking information to follow your package journey from our fulfillment center to your delivery address.

If you have created an account with Auraatel, your tracking details will also be available through your account order history.

Please Note: Tracking information may not appear immediately after shipment. In some cases, it can take up to 24-48 hours for the carrier system to update tracking details after the first package scan.
