Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed after your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
Certain types of products are not eligible for returns, including items that are damaged due to improper use, personal care products, hygiene-related items, and other products that cannot be resold for safety reasons.
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or customized products
- Items marked as final sale
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through Auraatel customer service.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Items that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by Auraatel
- Any item returned after the 30-day return period
- Products that are not in their original condition
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your return.
We will then notify you whether your refund request has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or payment account again.
Next, contact your credit card company or payment provider, as refunds may require additional processing time before they appear.
You may also contact your bank, as some institutions require additional processing time.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regularly priced items may be eligible for refunds.
Unfortunately, discounted items, promotional products, and clearance sale items may not be eligible for refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

GIFTS
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the returned item after the return has been approved.
Once the returned product is received, a gift credit or applicable refund will be issued according to the return conditions.
If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the order was shipped to the purchaser first, any approved refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.
SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error by Auraatel.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount when applicable.
The time required for exchanged products to arrive may vary depending on your location and shipping method.
For return shipments with higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Auraatel cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking confirmation.
